1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Blueprint Rise, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Blueprint Rise provides a self-assessment, personalized 14-day prescription, and supporting content for Worth, Wealth, and Wellness. The service is informational and is not medical, legal, or financial advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to use the service.
4. Payments and refunds
Paid plans and one-time purchases are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase may be granted at our discretion. Contact support@blueprintrise.com.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and code are owned by Blueprint Rise or its licensors. You retain rights to content you create (journal entries, responses) and grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the service.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from following the prescription.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprint Rise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
