1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (email, name, assessment responses, journal entries, wellness logs) and information gathered automatically (device, log, and usage data). Payment information is processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
2. How we use information
To deliver your Blueprint, personalize the 14-day prescription, send transactional email, process payments, analyze product usage, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
We share data with processors that help us operate the service (Supabase for database/auth, Stripe for payments, ConvertKit for email). Each processor is bound by contract to protect your data.
4. Data retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and audit obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by emailing support@blueprintrise.com. Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA), additional rights may apply.
6. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Row-level security enforces access to your data in our database.
